Hello
(C. De Voll)
Hello, hello, hello,
What a wonderful word hello.
Hello, hello, hello,
You will hear it wherever you go.
And when you greet your friends at polka dances,
Or even someone you don't know that passes,
Hello, hello, hello,
What a wonderful word hello.

Teach
Me How to Yodel
(R.
Burkhalter)
Will you
teach me how to yodel,
My cute little mountain boy?
Will you teach me how to yodel,
And fill my heart with joy?
You just go one, two, three, four
[yodel]
You just go
one, two, three, four
[yodel]
Try again
[yodel], once
again
[yodel]
You can't
miss
[yodel], just
like Swiss
[yodel]
Let 'er go
[yodel], oleo
[yodel]
See you're
singing like a Swiss caruso now!

Alphabetical Order in the Court
(M. Schneider)
This all got its start
one day,
When Jack said that B comes before A.
Then Jill just had to shout back,
"There's no way you've got that right, Jack!"
This story goes on and on,
People getting the alphabet all wrong.
So what are we going to do?
Let's have an alphabetical order review!
A is the letter that starts it all off,
B comes before C, which helps spell cough.
Next is D, E, F, and away we go.
Which starts with G, then comes H, I, J, K, L, M, N, and O.
Just like the job you're doing, perfect starts with P,
Then the next letters are Q, R, S, and T.
U, V, W, won't you follow me?
All the way to the end with X, Y, and Z.
Once Jack heard the news he said,
"You're right Jill, I don't know what got into my head."
And with that this case was closed.
The judge put his gavel down and proposed,
That Jack be sentenced to,
Another alphabetical order review.
So with Jack let's sing along,
Our happy polka alphabetical song.

Jolly Lumberjack Polka
(J.F.
Wagner / M. Schneider)
High on the hill way up in the breeze,
The lumberjack is sawing his trees.
He saws all day and he saws all night.
If you are lucky you just might,
Hear him saw!
High on the
mountain up in the trees,
The lumberjack will fall to his knees.
He rolls down the hill just laughing all the way.
When he gets up he will saw another day.
Can you hear him saw?

Parents Polka
(M.
Schneider)
Mommy,
mom, daddy, dad, what do you call yours?
There are many names for the ones you really love,
Mommy, mom, daddy, dad, or all of the above.
For all they do for you, you really can't go wrong.
Just call them by the names you're singing in this song.
Mommy, mom, daddy, dad, what do you call yours?
They're the ones you answer to when you do your chores.
Mommy, mom, daddy, dad, they are there for you.
Call them what you like, they always will love you.

I've Been Working on the Railroad
(trad.)
I've been
working on the railroad,
All my livelong day.
I've been working on the railroad,
Just to pass my time away.
Can't you hear the whistle blowing?
Rise up so early in the morn'.
Can't you hear the captain shouting?
Dinah blow your horn!
Dinah won't you blow,
Dinah won't you blow,
Dinah won't you blow your horn?
Dinah won't you blow,
Dinah won't you blow,
Dinah won't you blow your horn?
Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah.
Someone's in the kitchen I know.
Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah,
Strumming out the old banjo.
Fe, fi, fiddle E-I-O,
Fe, fi, fiddle E-I-O,
Fe, fi, fiddle E-I-O,
Strumming out the old banjo.
Fe, fi, fiddle E-I-O,
Strumming out the old banjo.
